Mennonite Central Committee

Working with friends of many faiths, Mennonite and Brethren in Christ churches in Oregon host this annual community festival. Proceeds benefit people around the world through the work of Mennonite Central Committee.
Founded in 1920, Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a worldwide ministry of Anabaptist churches, shares God's love and compassion for all in the name of Christ by responding to basic human needs and working for peace and justice. MCC focuses on disaster relief, sustainable community development, and justice and peacebuilding. In recent years approximately 15 to 18 percent of the MCC budget has gone to provide the support services and structures necessary to carry out its work.
